The interview process was fast and to the point. We talked about actual use cases, and I got to chat with many people from different parts of the company. We started by going over specific use cases, then we dove into the details of my resume. Later on, I did a simple coding test and talked about processes with some of the team members.
I applied via LinkedIn and a recruiter. First, there was a recruiter call, then I talked to marketing folks. After that, I had 1:1s with behavioral and process questions. They also went over the job description, goals, and my expectations. The second part, over the phone, involved a 3-min slide deck presentation pitching a hypothetical inbound prospect using sample info they gave me. They looked at my flow, demeanor, and objection handling. HR and the hiring manager called a few days later to discuss the offer, but I took another job closer to home.
I didn't get past the phone interview. The hiring manager seemed new and spoke a lot, not letting me get much in. She asked me barely any questions.
