The interview process was good, with nice people and an easy interview. They seem like a great team with strong values, which is why I applied. The selection process was quick and had 3 parts: an initial interview to get to know each other, a written assessment, and a final technical interview with the future manager.
I had a video interview where they asked about my availability and my experience and skills. It was more to get to know me as a person, not a technical interview. It was very short, but it wasn't bad.
I applied and got a phone interview a few days later. The interviewer seemed nice but wasn't a technical recruiter and couldn't really clarify the technical question when I asked. They offered a low intern living stipend, which I thought was ridiculous given the interviews weren't that hard and I had a better offer from a bigger company. They got back to me after a few weeks with a rejection notice.
