The interview process started with a 45-minute phone screen with Megan, who was great. Then, there were two back-to-back in-person interviews, each 45 minutes long, with two different groups. The in-person interviews were mainly behavioral, asking for specific examples like 'tell us about a time...'. The first part was more like an assessment where they just took notes on my answers, while the second part was more of a conversation, which I liked. It was a bit challenging to recall enough behavioral examples for the longer interview. The office is modern and welcoming, and I enjoyed meeting the interviewers. It's a really good company.
The interview felt a bit off. The questions weren't super tough, but not easy either. The manager just kept a straight face and stared the whole time. The building itself was really nice though, and it seemed like a good place to work. Felt like a welcoming environment.
I went straight to the face-to-face interview at their FDL location in a really nice conference room. No preliminary phone screen happened.
