The interview process was pretty standard. It involved three rounds of interviews with team members across disciplines (creative, PR and account). There wasn’t a written exam nor work samples required which was nice. Overall, a pretty good interview experience and everyone involved was communicative.
It was a pretty simple interview process. First, I talked to a recruiter, then I interviewed with the hiring manager, and finally, I met the rest of the team. Everything felt like it went really well. I don't have any complaints at all.
The interview process at Bader Rutter was fast and straightforward. Everyone I interacted with, including the talent acquisition team, was pleasant. They communicated their decisions promptly. I have no negative feedback about my experience with Bader Rutter's hiring process.
