Candidate-reported interview process

I went through four 30-minute interviews. Mostly situational questions. It was a good experience. Practicing common interview questions beforehand should prepare you.

I found the Audit Associate position on the university career website and applied online with my resume, cover letter, and transcripts. After the deadline, I was invited by Bader Martin via the university system to schedule an interview. I set up an interview which took place on campus. I was interviewed by a nice HR person, and she mentioned that a decision would be made the following week.

First, I got an email from HR to schedule a time for a phone chat. Then, we had an informal phone call about my past work experience, education, and future goals. The third step was scheduling an in-person interview with the recruiters.
