Candidate-reported interview process

The first interview was with the head manager who asked questions on my work ethic and as an engineer. The second interview was with the leads of the department who asked more about what I know and my decision-making in scenarios. No calculations were asked just how would I go about solving a problem.

Went through résumé review and they asked me about the standards, safety of products and testing customer-provided products. It was a good interview where they explained the role well and I learned more about the company.

it was moderately easy and basic. there weren't any pressing questions that confused me, and there were two interviews with a couple different people. it was a general interview and I was able to get the job
