Backd Interview Questions

I applied through Linkedin and got an initial call with their office assistant. After that went well, I had two more interviews with the head of credit and head of compliance. Then they ghosted me.

The first step was a quick chat with the recruiter. After that, I had an in-person meeting with three professionals. They asked general questions. It seemed like they wanted me to ask a lot of questions about the job and the company. Since it's a new company, they're still figuring out a lot of the processes. A bummer is that they don't give any feedback after the interview, and then it just goes quiet. Definitely something they could improve on.
