It was a few meetings. First, I spoke with a recruiter, and after two good conversations with them about my background and what I'm looking for, I then talked to the lead UX designer. After they liked my profile, I was given a design task to create a user flow for a banking app. It was a challenging but fun assignment! I submitted the case study, and about a week later, I presented it to a senior designer and a business analyst. That was the final step.
The interview process was really smooth and clear. The recruiters were super friendly and helpful with everything. I had a great experience during the technical interview. Overall, it left me with a great impression of the company and the people.
I was contacted by a recruiter initially. The interview process had multiple steps, including interviews, a review of my portfolio, and a case study presentation. After they reviewed my portfolio, the recruiter told me the good news, and then I got an offer.
