The interview process was good and the company culture is very nice. They use automated formalities for the interview. The HR team was great and cooperative. The interview involved a written test, followed by a technical writer interview, then a technical team interview, and finally an HR interview.
The interview process was super smooth. From the initial recruitment call all the way through the evaluations, things were pretty straightforward and clear. Backbase did a good job keeping me in the loop about the progress and what to expect next. Overall, it was a great experience.
I was contacted by a recruiter from Backbase via LinkedIn. After an initial chat, they gave me some info about the role and set up a meeting with the recruiter. Then, I had an introductory call with two Technical Writers there. After that, I was given an assignment to complete. Once I submitted it, we had another meeting to go over the assignment. After everyone agreed to move forward, the recruiter and I talked about the contract details. The whole process was pretty smooth and professional.
