I went through 4 rounds of interviews. First was an HR round where we talked about my current job and an offer I got from BB. Then there was a coding test that had some DevOps questions. After that, a technical round that really depends on what you know. Lastly, a management round where they asked why I wanted to work with BB.
All interviews were nice, the Backbase people were polite and the recruitment person in all times shared me interviews result. The recruitment process was comfortable and wuickly. In general a great experience.
Had a technical online exam with 3 phases: Kubernetes manifests, Amazon web services, and a Scripting challenge. Then a technical discussion with questions, followed by a discussion about my experience and what I bring to the team. Finally, a discussion with the Engineering Manager about the job role, and then HR gave me an offer.
