I had two assignments and four online conversations. All went smoothly. I was receiving detailed feedback once every had finished. The feedback was delivered by the recruiter via e-mail. The whole interviewing process allowed me to uncover myself as a candidate from all perspectives. I am quite happy that this company has this good interviewing process, though I will be working with other guys that were selected with the same precision. I anticipate a lot of fun and inspiration.
The interview has 5 stages: Hr interview, Questionarie, Technical interview (with senior scrum master), Case study presentation, and Cultural fit. The first 3 steps were pretty good, but I didn't like the 4th.
The entire interview process was a great experience. All interviews were scheduled conveniently around my availability. I wouldn't really call it an interview process; it felt more like casual chats where we discussed expectations, shared ideas, and thought processes. Everyone on the panel made me feel really comfortable during all the rounds. Big thanks to the Backbase recruitment team and the technical panel for this wonderful chance to learn and explore Backbase.
