Candidate-reported interview process

7 rounds of interviews, ending with a presentation to at least 3 interviewers. Make sure to prepare a good slide deck and utilize the assigned buddy or mentor.

It was pretty thorough but not too much. Good balance so that you also know that BB is right for you. The case presentation day was well structured but not all participants got the same briefing after preparing.

The process was very professional and they communicated well. It started with a phone interview, followed by a second phone interview, and then an in-person case review with a mock presentation. I had direct one-on-one interactions with recruiting and leadership. It was well done!
