Candidate-reported interview process

So there were 2 rounds, one was technical and one was managerial. The technical round was about 1.5 hours long and it covered theoretical concepts and then live coding. They gauged upon OOPS concepts and also interviewed my core skill set. The live coding part had 2 questions with increasing difficulty level.

My friend who works here referred me. The interview had 5 steps: 1) HR call 2) tech assignment (home task or live code) 3) tech interview on the assignment 4) cultural fit interview 5) HR follow-up.

I had a positive experience with BB's recruitment. Feedback was given quickly and was high quality. They allowed me to meet with members of another team when I was unsure if the proposed team would be a good fit. The live coding task was challenging, but the BB employees who conducted it were very nice and supportive. Other BB staff involved were also kind and professional.
