Candidate-reported interview process

So first I had a recruiter interview, then a hiring manager interview, followed by a team/peer interview. After that, there was a test task, and then I had to present that task to the hiring manager and the team. The recruiter then called to discuss the offer details, and then I got the offer. Overall, it was a really nice and enjoyable experience.

I started with a recruiter screening, then had an interview with the hiring manager. After that, there was a case presentation and a take-home assignment that took about a week. I also had a cultural fit interview with some PMMs, I think it was after the case presentation. Finally, the recruiter reached out to talk about the offer, and I got it a few days later.

I would NOT recommend this place. You start with a recruiter call that's about 30min, which was efficient and friendly. Then you interview with the Manager, followed by a higher-up. After that, there's a case study you have 7 days to complete. However, this isn't really a test or assignment. I've seen this flagged in other reviews and I can relate that this directly benefits the company... with little incentive for them to hire you after you deliver. Don't waste your skills and time.
