I had the Initial Assessment Call with the Recruiter which took about an hour. Then a date was set for the Competency Call With the Hiring Manager of the department. Once that was done, a date was set for a Design Case presentation to be presented to a panel. Once that was done, I was given the offer.
The interview process was smooth and straightforward. It involved a few clear steps: first, an initial chat with the recruiter, then a team interview. After that, I was given an assignment to complete. I presented this assignment in detail and received good feedback via video afterwards.
The interview process involved four main steps, plus a take-home assessment that I had two weeks to complete. After submitting the take-home, I presented it to a panel. I also had interviews with a product manager and a design manager, and an interview with some of my potential teammates.
