The interview proccess was really good. The only comment is that the business case shared for the final interview was wrong, causing few missunderstandings with the panel, but at the end went well
The interview process involves three rounds. The first round focuses on the role and your profile and experience. The second round is about how you handle common situations within the role. The third round is a presentation of a successful real case you were involved in.
It was a pretty straightforward process. Started with a casual chat with HR, then a more formal interview with the person I would be reporting to, and finished with a case presentation. I liked that they were flexible with scheduling and even rescheduled once when I needed it. Everyone was really nice and professional. The case presentation itself was relevant to the job, and before doing it, I had a quick session to ask any questions I had about it. All in all, it was a good experience.
