Candidate-reported interview process

It was a simple interview with tricky questions. You gotta be ready for basic IT stuff like Windows Server policies, DNS, and VLANs, plus firewall configuration and some sys admin details. All the questions were on topic though.

The interview process was quick and pleasant. The interviewers seemed happy to meet me. The recruiter gave me a good overview of the company, and it sounds like a great place to work overall.

We had 3 rounds in total. First was the HR chat, then I talked with the CTO, and finally met with the Team Lead and a Senior person. It was a good time learning about the team, which is super important for seeing if we all fit together. Communication was smooth between HR and the Team.
