Candidate-reported interview process

The whole interview process took about 3 weeks to complete. After applying on their website, a recruiter reached out to me via email. The recruiter was really helpful and friendly throughout the process. The steps were: first, a chat with the recruiter about my background and interest in Backbase, plus some basic iOS questions. Second, I got a take-home assignment. Third, there was a technical discussion that covered my take-home work and fundamental iOS knowledge. Finally, I interviewed with the team manager and the product owner.

The interview process was pretty fast, wrapped up in about 3 weeks. It started with a nice chat with a recruiter who told me all about the company and the perks. They also mentioned the kind of talented people I'd get to work with, like some really big names in iOS development.

The interview process was very smooth, starting with a coding test, followed by a video technical interview, then a video managerial interview, and finally an HR call. Feedback was provided promptly after each round without much delay.
