Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was smooth. I had 4 or 5 interviews overall (Recruiter, Technicals, Hiring Manager). I also had to complete an online technical exercise on my own time. Everything was clear. The time between each step was reasonably short, even though it was summer holiday time. A very good and positive experience!

Started with a chat with the recruitment team to get a feel for the company. Then they reviewed my CV. After that, I had a Codility test which had 3 tasks. This was followed by a chat with a Principle Engineer and a Senior Engineer. Finally, I had a chat with the Hiring Manager.

The interview process was well structured and well organised , the recruiter explains the roles and responsiblites very clearly in the beginning of the process , one of the best interview process experience I had till now.
