I went through a few interviews. It started with a recruiter call, then I met with the people who would be my future team members. The final part involved a case presentation and some role playing. It was a really friendly and comfortable vibe throughout, but that last part definitely needed some serious prep work.
Had 4 interviews. First was with HR just to see if my profile and skills were a match. Second was with an Account Executive, digging a bit more into the job and my skills. Third was with the VP of Sales, which was really smooth. Fourth was a case study presentation to a panel, which was a bit tough but they were super supportive and helpful. The whole thing was quick and smooth, and the recruiters and managers were really helpful with any questions I had.
The interview process was really smooth. I met with the hiring managers and the team lead. They answered all my questions during each stage. I also had to present the product I currently worked with, as well as the product at Backbase.
