Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online and the whole thing took about a month. There were 3 interviews: first up was an intro chat with HR, then a technical interview where I did live coding with two people, and the last one was a chat about my past experiences with two other interviewers. It was all run really smoothly and I felt good talking to the team.

First, you'll talk to the recruiter about the role. Then, there's a quick online coding challenge where you can use any language you like. Finally, you'll come in for an assessment day with team activities and interviews.

The interview process involved 3 rounds. First, there was an online coding assignment through Codility, with questions specific to the role. This was followed by a technical interview and then a managerial interview. HR provided feedback and informed about the next steps within 1-2 hours after each round. Overall, it was a very positive interview experience.
