The interview process involved phone calls and an in-person interview. Everyone was friendly and open. It started with a screen, then an interview with a manager, followed by an in-person interview with another manager. The whole thing took about 6 weeks.
I had an in-person interview with some pretty simple questions. They asked about me, why I wanted to interview for a nonprofit, and so on. I waited a few days for a reply, and they told me they had already filled the role for that semester. I followed up the semester after and got the internship.
The interview process involved several Zoom and in-person interviews over a span of 3 months. After sending thank you emails, I never got a response. I was ghosted until four weeks after my final interview, when I was informed I wasn't selected. A simple reply acknowledging my application would have been appreciated. Being ghosted for weeks suggests a lack of empathy, which is something mentioned in other Glassdoor reviews about how people are treated.
