It was good, a bit long but the conversation flowed well as we covered many topics. They explained the company's business, activities, goals, and how the team works.

El proceso no fue largo, solo 2 filtros, lo normal. Sin embargo, siempre es un inconveniente tener que explicar por qué quiero cambiar de trabajo, o si quiero tener familia, etc. Es como si no te contrataran si alguna respuesta no les parece bien, aunque tengas la experiencia necesaria.

First they call you by phone, we were in contact by email, they sent me psychometric tests and then they ask for documents like ID, social security number, after that an in-person interview was scheduled although after that I no longer had a positive or negative response, they simply stop contacting you
