Candidate-reported interview process

Standard HR questions online first. Then subject-specific questions by experts. Overall good atmosphere. Quick and open feedback shortly after the interview. On-site interview shortly thereafter. All in all, very good interview management.

So I had five people interviewing me all at the same time, which was pretty nerve-wracking. One person asked me about NMR concepts, even though they apparently don't even have an NMR machine there.

The interview was on site with two hiring managers. They came in at separate times. Then you had an interview with HR. The interview was long with the manager talking for most of it describing the company. He asked a lot of questions chemistry based. They said they would contact you in a week but they never do.
