After I recorded a video talking about my experiences and interests with the company, I had an online interview. There were several interviews, and it was a one-on-one process before joining the bigger group of researchers.
The hiring process takes its time. It can take several weeks for them to contact you. (at least that was my case) The interviews are pleasant. Consistent and of average duration. Friendly.
First, we talked about the company's history and employees. Then, there was a questionnaire for individual questions, personal ones, and a test to determine personality and such. After that, group dynamics, problem-solving, and organizational proposals followed. Candidates presented, wrote a personal essay in English, and we finished with a chat and tasting.
