Candidate-reported interview process

The interview process was quite simple. First, I had a chat with HR about my general background. Then, I spoke with the hiring manager to get more details about the role. Finally, I met with the country manager to make sure we were a good cultural fit.

Smooth recruitment process. There were a couple of interviews, with HR, head of department and hiring manager, plus the business game, some sort of group activity with other candidates. Quick and clear feedback from the company on all stages. Warm memories only.

It was a virtual interview, timed and with fewer than 10 questions. They asked basic questions to learn about me and my interest in Bacardi.
