It was good. They asked about my interest, future plans, and short/long term goals. They also asked what I could offer the company, why I wanted to join, and my personal goals for this internship.
They do filters, an interview with HR, other filters, then they have you do different assignments. It's a long and tedious process where they give you technical tests in Excel, Power BI, Python, R Studio, and others.
It was a long but simple process. The longest part was the waiting time between sending the CV and the first contact. It has 3 phases: first, receiving the CV, then answering video questions, and then an in-person interview. If the interview goes well, you proceed to psychometric tests (like 'how are you' and pattern recognition tests). The interview was with several team members and the recruiter. They asked about you and how you would handle certain situations. The team presented a case related to the position for you to solve. It's not a long and stressful interview, but more of a 'icebreaker' where they want to see who you are.
