Candidate-reported interview process

They will get in touch by phone or email, being very respectful and polite when talking. They will present you with different scenarios and ask how you would act.

We met in person and I was asked questions and I answered them. It was quick and simple. We went over normal stuff about me and my school. It was enjoyable and not hard, and I liked it.

We had a long conversation about my whole experience working with kids over the last ten years - like requirements, roles, responsibilities and stuff. They also told me what the company expects and their overall mission.
