Candidate-reported interview process

Started with a Codility test, then went to an in-person hiring event in London where there were about 30 other engineers. Had two interview rounds with a break, and finished with a social event with some of the higher-ups.

The interview process was good and comfortable. They were cooperative, showing a nice culture of work and a good employer.

It was a multi-step interview process. I interviewed with both local and national leaders. It was pretty standard for a healthcare startup, and nothing really surprised me. Overall, it was a positive experience. I got an offer but decided to go with a different opportunity.
