I went through 3 interviews, each about 30 minutes long. It was a pretty easy process and I got hired a week later. The people were lovely and friendly, and not the micro-managey type.
A recruiter initially contacted me on LinkedIn. We then had a 30-minute phone interview, followed by a video interview. The final stage was a three-part, 90-minute video interview with employees based in the UK.
A really thorough process. Started with an initial call to discuss my background and motivations for joining Babylon. It was a friendly approach, which was nice. Next, there were multiple in-person interviews on-site. Each interview focused on a different aspect of my experience and included competency-based questions. This gave both me and them a complete picture. It was challenging in a good way, very transparent with no hidden agenda. Everyone was very personable and seemed genuinely invested in the candidate experience, which was also refreshing.
