Candidate-reported interview process

It was a pretty standard interview process with 3 stages. First, a recruiter screening, then a chat with the Director of QA. After that, there was a 2-hour interview which included a technical test and more chats with an Engineering Manager and another QA person. Everyone seemed really interested and didn't rush through anything. The tech test involved pairing on the language relevant to the role, which was Python for me. I had to go over a piece of code, explain its functionality, write tests for it, and also make some corrections.

I had a short phone chat with the hiring manager. It wasn't a hard interview. They said they'd reply in two days, but I haven't heard back. I emailed the HR hiring manager but still no response. The company seems great, and I was really hoping for the next interview steps, but it looks like I wasn't selected. They should pay more attention to how they hire; they might miss out on good people with the right attitude.
