Candidate-reported interview process

First, a recruiter called to chat about your background and if you're interested. Then, there was a skills test where they checked your coding, clinical knowledge, and a case study. After that, a behavioral interview asking about your past experiences with teamwork and problem-solving. Then, they looked at how you'd fit with IQVIA's values like integrity, collaboration, and quality. Finally, a panel interview with several interviewers to talk more about the role fit, followed by an offer with salary and benefits, and maybe some negotiating.

The interview process was well organized and clearly laid out. It consisted of three interview rounds. The initial round was a conversation with the talent manager, Victoria, who was very helpful and encouraging.

It took a really long time to even get an interview date after I applied. Then I had a bunch of interviews with different people. After that, it took weeks to hear back. When I did, they said they weren't ready to hire yet but might be in a few months and that they'd get back to me.
