There aren't really any set procedures for the interview, and what happens really depends on who you get to talk to. You can expect typical questions about your experience. I think the process is a little unfair since it changes so much from person to person.
Had a quick HR call, but they missed it and I had to email to reschedule. Then a 30-minute interview with the Product Lead who seemed rushed and late. The work sounded interesting, but there wasn't much time for my questions. It's been 3 weeks since the call and I haven't heard back, even after following up once. I assume I didn't get the job, but an email would have been nice. Disappointed because it seemed like a cool opportunity. Maybe they're understaffed or their HR process isn't great yet. The people I spoke to were nice, just seemed busy.
I had a few phone calls with different people, and then I went in for a 3-hour interview that included a presentation I had to prepare beforehand. It's been a few weeks, and I haven't heard back. While I understand if they decided not to move forward, it would be nice to at least get an update on my status. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time on this process.
