Candidate-reported interview process

It was about 3 weeks long. First I had a phone call to go over my resume. Then I had an on-site interview with many employees from different departments. After that, I'm waiting for the hiring process from Johnson&Johnson.

I spoke with about 5 different people. Some calls were over the phone and some were in person. I also had to do a written test. Overall, it felt like a really straightforward process from the start.

It was a super fast and simple process. We had 2 phone calls and then 2 in person chats. The in-person ones were like 1-2 hours each, and the phone ones were both half an hour.
