Candidate-reported interview process

The interview was great, the interviewer was friendly, kind, and on time. They were honest and answered all my questions. They were knowledgeable about the company and the store. I felt very comfortable during the interview.

It's a relaxed chat to get acquainted and learn about your past jobs. If you haven't worked before, they're okay with hearing about volunteer experience. The whole thing should wrap up in under 30 minutes.

This happened quite a while back. It was a group interview setup. The interviewers made it feel very welcoming and warm. They asked general questions and had us do some role-playing. We got a short break in the middle. The whole interview was probably about an hour long.
