The interview was pretty straightforward. It was just a quick phone chat. The interviewer was friendly and explained the job and what they were looking for. They asked about my past transcription work and if I knew the difference between being a contractor and an employee.
So the process was pretty good. First, you gotta ace a test, then there's a transcription test. After that, they email you to let you know if you passed.
I had to download and transcribe a short audio file. After that, I waited to see if it was good enough, and it was. They gave me some guidelines to follow during the transcription.
