Baba Interview Questions

It was a very easy and handy process. I was shortlisted for a written assessment and then we had a group interview where they asked questions about HR and people management. Some questions were related to the HRMIS system and data management. Some questions were about male and female staff connections, which I didn't quite understand why they asked. Overall, it wasn't a bad interview, but not great either.

It was a normal interview process. They asked about my experience and why I wanted to work there. It seemed like they were looking for someone with a decent amount of experience. The interviewer was really friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy working for the company.

So, first you meet the people who will interview you and they take you to the room. Then they'll ask you about your skills, your experience, and what makes you qualified for the job. After that, it's your turn to ask them questions about the job or the company. Finally, the interview wraps up. Oh, and they might also check your references or do a background check. You could also have skills assessments or other practical tests. Sometimes you'll have more than one interview, either with the same person again or with other folks from the company.
