Candidate-reported interview process

The interviewer was super friendly right from the start, like within 3 minutes. He basically told me I had the job, and he was right! I'm starting my second week now. The whole process, from the interview to my first day, took about 3 weeks.

The whole process from start to finish was quite quick. The interviewers asked standard questions, and they were pleasant people. The office environment itself was a bit uninspiring, but that's somewhat expected in a non-profit setting. Overall, it was a really positive experience.

I came in and met with two people, it was about 45 minutes total. We talked about my experience, what I can do, and how the business landscape has changed from my previous jobs. The interview was in one of the main people's office looking out over Market Street. It was a really nice meeting and they followed up a few days later by phone.
