Candidate-reported interview process
The interview was conducted respectfully and kindly by a very nice HR person, via video call, and it lasted about half an hour.
After submitting my application, I received a call from them about a week later to set up an interview for a few days out. When I went in, I met with the manager and the sales assistant who had called me. The atmosphere was relaxed, and they were both friendly and understanding. I heard back from them about a week after the interview.
All my interviews were very positive. My interviewers listened well to my motivations and expectations and were clear about theirs. It was a win-win, and I'm enjoying my time working at Ba&Sh since then.
