Candidate-reported interview process

I applied online and went through a few interviews and a coding exam. Usually, there are at least two interviews before they make a hiring decision. The interview felt pretty relaxed, not too high-pressure or heavy on problem-solving.

I submitted my resume and got a reply email the next day with some questions not on the application. I sent my answers back, and a few days later they invited me for an interview.

First you'll chat with HR, then you'll talk to a few people from the team. If you do well with those questions, you might get to meet with the managers. They're mostly trying to figure out what kind of person you are.
