Candidate-reported interview process

The process started with a standard phone interview, then a skill test assessment was given. After that, there was an interview and feedback session for more in-depth questions. The assessment involved reviewing a data set to identify trends and patterns in a team's performance, and the data could be interpreted in different ways, so there wasn't just one straightforward answer.
