First, a recruiter calls to chat about you and set up the next interviews. Then, the Hiring Manager interviews to check your architecture knowledge. After that, there are two Technical Interviews, the first one about real-time scenarios and the second one about your tech stack knowledge. Finally, a Behavioral Interview happens.
I applied through LinkedIn in January 2025 and heard back from a recruiter after about two weeks. They wanted to set up a meeting but rescheduled it about three times over three months. I never actually got an interview call from the recruiter, only an invite for the next interview, and then they didn't show up for the meeting.
The interview process had 3 rounds. First, there was a phone screen. Then, I met with the Client Success team lead. Lastly, I met with the Solution Consultant team lead. The interviewers asked situational questions relevant to a client-facing role.
