First, I had a phone call, then I went in for an in-person interview. They looked over my resume, asked some questions, and talked about what it's like to work there.
I interviewed for a Data Engineer role. I had two technical rounds, each lasting about 30 minutes. The coding questions were in Python and SQL. I did well in these but unfortunately didn't advance further.
The HR reached out on Whatsapp for a job role and only wanted to know my expected CTC. When I asked about their offering, they went blank. They don't have any budget specific to the job role. All they wanted to know was the candidate's expected CTC and the market trend. Please be mindful before having any communication with this company regarding a job.
