I got emails and texts about an interview at B&G for a job I didn't apply for. They didn't say what job it was. I track all my applications, so I'm not sure how they got my info. I agreed to a video interview and researched the company, as I always do. I found very little about B&G online, just their website and some Glassdoor reviews. It's weird they don't have a social media presence. I joined the video interview and was surprised it was a group interview with 20-30 people. They never mentioned this in the emails or texts. I still don't know what job it's for, maybe social media or sales? It felt like a scam, and other reviews confirm that feeling.
This interview experience was terrible and felt like a scam because I never applied for this job and don't know how they got my info. The recruiter has been really pushy, texting and emailing me twice on each platform within 24 hours of the first contact.
It works very fast and the company is very engaging with applicants... That's for the pros. However, the process is kinda weird. In total, there are three sessions of the interview. There are no much details about the training program and salary payment. It is totally not transparent at all.
