It was a quick process. They asked behavioral questions and got straight to the point with everything else. The interviewers were really nice and made me feel super comfortable. It was only an hour, so it wasn't too intense. Make sure you have your resume handy to discuss your experience and how it fits the role.
It was a pretty thorough process. I met with a bunch of different group leaders and the main company leadership. In total, there were 6 interviews. They were really digging into my experience with hiring in specific industries and the recruiting methods I use. A lot of the leaders seemed to be trying to figure out how having me on board would help their specific departments, even though I wouldn't be directly working for them. They wanted to know if I was a team player and if I'd back their goals.
You send in your resume for a job you saw on a healthcare executive website. Then, you talk to someone from talent acquisition. After that, there's a "three way" call with the client and the employer. You get disconnected, talent acquisition chats with the client and then calls you back with a yes or no. If it's a yes, you sign a contract and head to the client site.
