The interview process was straightforward and pretty easy. I spoke with Martha Ekblad from the Department of Social Work. Having a good reference really helped me out. After she checked my reference, I got a job offer right away.
So I only had one interview with a professor, and they asked me some standard questions like why I was interested in nursing, the difference between an RN and an NP, and for a time I had a conflict and how I fixed it. They also asked more about me and my support system.
The hiring process was on-the-spot with easy questions, some technical ones, but mostly about background info and fact-checking. It felt a bit disorganized, but I'll use chat to help fill this out.
