It was a good experience overall. The process felt friendly and had a decent amount of structure, though there was some flexibility. It could probably be more structured. They were responsive and the process moved quickly. They're looking for candidates who think creatively and can inspire others to advance.
First, you'll need to apply on the company website. After that, you'll interview with the Direct Manager, and then the Managing Director. These interviews may not be on the same day. Remember to bring a copy of your resume with you.
I interviewed with their VP, who was the hiring manager. He didn't know much about the property he was hiring for, but he did brag about the great company culture. He also mentioned that ghosting candidates is the opposite of their culture, and that it starts from the top.
