Candidate-reported interview process

It was a panel interview with a manager and two current team members. They asked a bunch of questions to see if my energy matched the team's and if I could answer thoughtfully. They covered scenario-based questions and also asked about my past work experience.

There were two rounds. First, a group interview with lead lifeguards. Second, a one-on-one interview with the Aquaplex manager. Both were tough but worthwhile.

It was a formal interview that was conducted in a group setting. The questions were a bit tough, but not unreasonable. We had a panel of interviewers talking to a group of candidates all at once.
