The hiring process steps are always the same? Of course, every organization and company is different. First, we identify the hiring need. Then, we plan. After that, we search for candidates. Then, we identify viable candidates. Next, we recruit A-level candidates. This is followed by a telephone screening. Finally, we conduct a face-to-face interview.
AZMEEL reached out via email after seeing my resume online. They sent an offer letter for me to sign and return, confirming I accepted the salary.
I saw an ad in the newspaper for a Senior Civil Engineer position and decided to attend the walk-in interview, which was organized by Soundlines (Mumbai) consultancy. There were many applicants, around 150 people. I'm not sure how many were selected, but interviews were also conducted in Hyderabad and Cochin.
