The interview process was good, and I liked how open they were about everything. The facilities were nice too. They used a panel interview style, and it included a mix of managers, people who would be reporting to me, and employees at the entry level, all of whom were available to answer questions.
The interview process was pretty smooth. I had two rounds with the hiring manager and HR. The first round was basically a run-through of my resume and a discussion about my background and experience. The second round was more about giving me a chance to ask questions about the business. I got the offer pretty quickly after the second interview.
A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn, did a screening, and then I interviewed with the hiring manager online. The meeting was supposed to be 45 minutes but the manager was late and had to leave early, so we only spoke for about 30 minutes. They seemed distracted and uninterested. The recruiter, who was previously responsive, stopped responding to texts and calls went to voicemail, possibly blocked. The whole experience was unprofessional, and I have direct experience in the industry for this role.
